Onion and chilli glaze

Cream made with the company’s own fresh red onion, grown in its own mountain plots, harvested at the end of the summer season, and fresh hot chilli pepper.

The onion is slow cooked with brown sugar added. Prolonged cooking will make the mixture glazed and semi-candied. Chilli pepper is added at the end to give the product a slightly spicy note.

For onion lovers, this glaze is persuasive and intriguing to the palate, with a marked and decisive flavour, excellent in combination with different types of cheese.

Ingredients: BIO onion 60%, BIO cane sugar 24%, BIO apple juice, BIO apple vinegar, BIO hot pepper.

Storage and recommendations for use

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, place in the fridge and consume quickly, taking care to clean the inside rim of the jar. The expiry date is printed on the packaging.

How to use the product: In combination with seasoned cheeses, pecorino di fossa, soft cheeses and blue-veined crust.
